Shipping Policy

4.1 Delivery Timelines

•      Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Standard appliances typically dispatch within 2–5 business days; made-to-order modular products may take 6-8 weeks for manufacturing plus delivery time.

•      Delivery timelines may be affected by the customer's pin code, weather, courier network disruptions, or force majeure events, for which Kutchina is not liable.

4.2 Shipping Charges

•      Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to payment. Kutchina may offer free shipping above a specified order value, subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Delivery & Risk of Loss

•      Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete address and contact details; Kutchina is not responsible for non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect/incomplete information.

•      Risk in the Goods passes to the customer upon delivery/handover to the customer or their designated representative at the delivery address. Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery challan before accepting it.

•      For products requiring installation, ownership and functional acceptance of the product is deemed complete only upon successful installation by Kutchina's authorized technician, and a separate installation appointment may be required after delivery.

4.4 Failed/Refused Delivery

•      If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment for reasons not attributable to Kutchina, re-delivery may be attempted at an additional charge, or the order may be treated as cancelled by the customer subject to the cancellation charges in Section 2.3.

4.5 Serviceable Locations

•      Kutchina currently delivers/installs only within pin codes serviceable by our logistics and installation network. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout; Kutchina reserves the right to decline orders to non-serviceable locations.
